If anyone can tell me the source of this photograph of 7 tobacco industry CEOS lying under oath before a congressional committee, I would be greatly appreciative, since I need to write to the source to request copyright permission to reproduce the image in a textbook chapter.

Last year the Senate under the leadership of Trent Lott killed the amended McCain bill (see Nader below) , which would have been the strongest tobacco control legislation ever passed in the United States, even though the bill was supported by a majority of 57 senators.
